the location was great, it was just between two metro stations. there were nice coffee shops and bakeries around. the room was very big, full of light with balcony. i liked that a lot.

the window in my room was broken and faced the street. i reported it immediately upon arrival, and staff assured me they would address it. three days later, it remained unfixed, forcing me to sleep in a loud room.

The staff was super helpful . They provided a takeaway lunch before I returned home. The room had a pleasant design, and the bathroom was big and bright. The internet service was great.

There was a power outage , not the hotel's fault. upon requesting a bottle of water, I was charged full price, even though I needed the cash for food. I felt more could have been done to help guests during the difficult time.

The location was convenient with easy access to the metro station. The staff was cute. I found them to be very clean and quiet. I had a relaxing evening. I got a free room upgrade. This was an unexpected benefit.

The AC in my room was locked. The room was warm at night. I asked reception to unlock it, they never did. I found small cockroaches in the bathroom, this was an unwanted surprise.
